Our current product is designed for Thunderbolt 5 / USB4-compatible devices. Actual performance depends on your host device, controller, cable environment, charger, dock, SSD, display, and other connected hardware.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may contact you if additional verification is required.
Please make sure all shipping and contact information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price shown at checkout at the time you place the order.
We accept payment through the payment methods shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery time is usually 6–12 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Orders are shipped from China using international logistics carriers.
For supported destinations, orders are shipped with duties and taxes included. The price paid at checkout includes applicable import duties and taxes, so customers should not receive surprise customs charges at delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, incorrect address information, weather, or other events beyond our control.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

If your cable has a confirmed manufacturing defect or fails to meet advertised performance under compatible equipment, please contact us with your order number, photos, screenshots, and relevant test details.
We will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
7. Product Performance Disclaimer
Thunderbolt 5 supports up to 120Gbps through Bandwidth Boost mode, typically used for high-resolution display output. Standard bi-directional data transfer runs at up to 80Gbps.
Actual speed depends on your host device, controller, SSD, dock, display, charger, and connected peripherals. Many current external SSDs are limited by their own hardware performance, not by the cable.
240W charging requires a compatible EPR charger and compatible device.
16K display output requires compatible host devices, displays, and accessories.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, videos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to VedinSphere and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
VedinSphere’s name, logo, product names, and branding are trademarks or brand assets of VedinSphere.
9. Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
We may also use third-party payment processors, logistics providers, analytics tools, and other service providers to operate our business.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
