Refund Policy
At VedinSphere, we want every customer to receive a cable that works as expected. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we will review the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Issues, Defects, or Performance Problems
If your cable has a confirmed manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or fails to meet the advertised performance under compatible equipment, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Screenshots or test results, if the issue is related to speed, charging, or device compatibility
After reviewing your case, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:
- Replacement cable
- Refund
- Partial refund
- Troubleshooting support
In some cases, you may not need to return the defective cable. We will confirm the next steps by email.
Performance Disclaimer
Thunderbolt 5 and USB4 performance depends on the full setup, including your host device, controller, charger, dock, SSD, display, and connected peripherals.
Standard bi-directional data transfer supports up to 80Gbps. 120Gbps Bandwidth Boost is typically used for compatible high-resolution display output. Actual transfer speeds may be limited by your device or peripheral hardware.
240W charging requires a compatible EPR charger and compatible device.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email us at support@vedinsphere.com with your order number.
Return conditions:
- Product must be unopened and unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A tracked shipping method is required
- Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Every VedinSphere cable includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by incompatible devices, chargers, or accessories
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
If a valid warranty issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Return Address
Please contact us before sending any return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address by email.
Unexpected Customs or Delivery Charges
Orders are shipped with duties and taxes included for supported destinations. If you receive an unexpected customs, duties, or tax charge at delivery, please contact us at support@vedinsphere.com with your order number and proof of the charge.
